Sometimes, you get overwhelmed with life's issues that you feel hopeless and helpless.

At times like this, finding a solution to life's bugging problems becomes a mirage. Even as a Christian, you find it hard to pray.

What next?

You feel depressed and worse case could be suicidal thoughts. Sometimes some victims of depression carry out these thoughts.

You may want to think that people who commit suicide are stupid. But that's not true. Depression can be so heavy that it shuts out one's sense of reasoning.

What makes the heart bleed?

A lot of things. It could be the loss of a loved one, separation in a love relationship, financial loss, failure, etc.

Whenever the heart gets to the point where it bleeds, the victim can no longer think properly for him or herself. Worst is, most of these people pretend to the outer world that all is well. Only close friends and family know their predicaments.

What point am I trying to make?

If you find yourself in a situation similar to any of these, please quickly get counselling or always stay in the midst of other people.

Do not bottle up problems. Share with as many people as you trust.

Also, if you see anyone going through such a condition, please be as much comfort as you could. You may be saving another soul from committing suicide or turning to harmful habits.

A lot of people are going through trying times you will never believe. Please be a mankind saviour as much as you can.
