Do Not Abandon Your Source

Have you ever felt like having your own business? Yes, that is a feeling that runs through the mind of every responsible person.

The truth is, every independent mind wants to have his or her own business because, only then can true financial freedom become a reality. But the hard fact is; out of a million that tried building their own businesses, not up to a hundred became successful.

Most times, businesses do not become successful just because someone somewhere started it. It is a well known fact that most of the top businessmen or investors got to the top through a series of trials and errors.

After trying and failing, some give up, some no longer have enough resources to try again while only a few continue the quest.

What truly prevents some from continues trial is that they run out of the resources to do so. Some become bankrupt in the process and never got back to their feet... Sad, but True.

Because they told us the stories of only those who made it to the top, does not mean that everyone who tried became successful.

A lot did not succeed! Do not be deceived!

Don't allow motivational speaker who have nothing to boast of achieving (perhaps, except the money they got from selling to others ideas they didn't apply to their own lives) talk you into abandoning your source of livelihood.

Starting up a new business, project or inventing something new is not as easy as they make it look.

Am I against owning your own business?

No! Not at all! As a matter of fact, I have always preached it is the only way to true happiness and financial freedom.

Then what am I talking about?

I just you want to be fully aware of the task ahead.

Read it again!

It is not as easy as what they are telling you. There are going to be some hitches here and there. They may even fail. However, determination, ability to re-strategize and persistence will always produce a positive reward.

It is not an easy task, but it is achievable to as many as are well equipped to face and overcome the challenges that would arise.

If you have a job you can still do while you are making attempts on different projects and businesses, Please Do Not Abandon It. Except you have inherited a lot of resources that you have kept as a backup fund.

Whatever it is you are doing as a means of livelihood, and you know you can still do it while working on your own projects, do not abandon it because it will be a source of backup for you until you are finally established.
