Discipline Is Self-love

I watched a video yesterday where Will Smith said; "discipline is Self-love". If you truly do love yourself, then you would have to discipline yourself to do the things you know are the right things for you. It does not really matter if you like these things or not; or if they are outside your comfort zone. You simple do them because you love yourself so much and you want to do something that is helpful to you or something you would be proud of.

Also, there are lots of things you have to forego because you know they would not be good for you on the long run. You cannot say you love yourself and still do things you know would hurt you in future.

What are you eating? What are you saying? What are you allowing to occupy your mind? What are you doing? What have you left undone? Are these things truly representing you love yourself? If not, then it is time you discipline yourself to abide by the principles of self love.
Once again; Discipline is Self-love.

Discipline can be a very difficult to achieve. For a while now I have been trying to discipline myself to reduce cost of living. I hope I do finally achieve it by the end of the year
