good job. The carbs are the enemy and looks like you are getting plenty of cardio in. I don't like to run without a purpose and I hate treadmills, you ever thought about getting a bicycle? It worked wonders for me :)
I love bicycles but I feel they are more dangerous in cities like mine with too much traffic. I have been thinking of getting a Peloton but they are costly and I don’t have space!
