Draw on Blockchain : eye examination
Today I had eye check as I mentioned before I feel my sight gets worse @@ And finally, I don't get any thing worse! I am still as same as before (very light hyperopia and astigmatism). Doctor told me it is overstrain so that I feel it is getting worse. I should take rest every 1 or 1.5 hr and sleep earlier and don't use mobile phone much. I can still go to buy a pair of glasses for work only, but not necessary. Well... let's start from using lesser mobile phone and regularly rest first x)
今天去驗眼了，然後醫生說度數跟以前一點都沒變，覺得嚴重了原因就是過勞。平常也會有一點模糊，但在可接受範圍內。不過一直緊蹦地看電腦和手機，就容易疲勞，感覺特別傷神。所以基本上就是要定時休息眼精，少看手機和早點睡。放下心頭大石。
Yes, people tell me that our eyes deteriorate faster in our generation because we are always glued to screens, either computer monitors or our tablets or phones! They all cause strains to our ocular muscles, and we should try to cut down on our screen time to give our eyes less damage over longer periods !
Please look after your eyes, @nanosesame ! I hope you will take good care to rest more often and maybe sleep a little longer :)
I tried today, reduce screen time... but failed x_x It is terrible I almost 80% (or more) awake time is facing screens!!
