You are very correct,

I agree that observing another person's interactions with those who are perceive to be inferior is a good indicator of how a person is, but it is only that, an indicator. There could be any number of reasons why a person could mistreat another. If you see a troubling behavior, although you should proceed with caution, it is not enough to make a decision on, perhaps something happened in that person's life that could cause them to be in a bit of a mood on that particular day. If on the other hand, the behavior (or group of behaviors) is something you have witnessed on multiple occasions, RUN....

I do agree to the point of yours and as a matter of fact it is just a speculation.

There are more things that we should be concerned about.While I edited a small sentence.

As a matter of fact you can try this method for few times in few occasions by which you can get the idea of who the person is or how he/she is in real life .
