Feeling emptiness after a beautiful story (English version)

After the last episode or the last minute, there's nothing left. We took the time to discover and love or hate the characters, to appreciate the atmosphere, the music, the framing. We were swept away by history, the room we were in disappeared, we forgot our problems of the moment, for a while.

Sometimes we would like to be in the place of the protagonists, to live their adventures. At other times, we're happy to be safe at home, and we're just happy to have a proxy adventure.

What is sad is to finish a film or series that has left its mark on us and to know that we will never (or not for a long time) see these characters we know very well. In these cases, for my part, I often feel like a blues. It then takes me some time to recover.

We all know when we start a film or a series that at some point it will end. We think about it all day long, see for several days! This is one of the reasons why you should avoid finishing a story that is close to your heart in the evening before going to bed, because otherwise you are often unable to close your eyes.

We try to hold on to everything that can bring us back to this story. We read articles and reviews on the film/series in question. We like the latter on social networks because we want the whole world to know that we love this series, we recommend it to our loved ones because it is really worth a look. But anything we can do won't change that. When it's over, it's over, and we still know that there's always a way to relive the adventure by looking again at what made us travel out of our lives for the time of a story.

And then there are many good creations, we will always find shoes at our feet, we will always fall in love with a new story :)!
