This time I will explain Tang about Korean food.
Tang, Guk, and Jjigae are all used to represent Korean soup.
It is divided into Tang, Guk and Jjigae according to the way of boiling.
Muneo-Tang is a soup made from octopus and seafood.
And, Soegogi-Yughoe tells you to eat fresh beef without cooking.
It means fresh as that.
