Él es Enhamed Enhamed, un atleta paralímpico de ascendencia saharaui, nacido en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria y que ha ganado para España 17 medallas olímpicas, 4 de ellas de Oro, en 3 olimpiadas diferentes (Juegos Paralímpicos) a pesar de ser invidente.
Perdió la vista a los 8 años después de sufrir un desprendimiento de retina. A los 9 años comenzó a nadar, hasta convertirse en profesional a los 13 años.
Uno de sus grandes logros a sido el cruzar nadando el Estrecho de Gibraltar, el año pasado.
Cuando le preguntan cómo ha podido lograr tales hazañas a pesar de su limitación visual, él nos habla sobre el poder de la visualización: "...Visualizando mucho; esa prueba final mariposa, la visualicé 16 mil veces..."

Que ejemplo de personaje. Tiene razón en todas y cada una de las cosas que dijo. La visualización es indispensable en el marco del logro del éxito.
A veces como personas con la plenitud de nuestras facultades físicas nos colocamos barreras que ni siquiera este tipo de personas con limitaciones muy importantes se establecen. Nos invita a la reflexión esto.
