Devils Head

So I have been so busy lately I am going to use my Saturday night hike as my #wednesdaywalk. I wanted to post about this hike anyway. So we decided after #beersaturday and dinner let's go on an adventure. It's about 6 in the evening.

I think it wasn't too far like a mile and half. So beautiful.

I thought this was interesting. I didn't think we got tornadoes in the mountains. I guess we do.

A lot of destruction.

So as we climb, thank goodness Dave has Alaska. She is pulling him up the mountain. Lol

I love the Aspen trees.

I love how the trees survive the natural elements.

Finally made it to the top !

At the top there is camping. There is also stairs to an overlook but they are closed..😥 so sad to go all that way and not be able to climb the stairs.

Here is some facts about the area.. pretty cool really.

I saw this on the hike up but saved it for almost last. This is an absolutely true message especially now with all the technology sometimes we forget what is important. What do you think?

So as we head down the mountain, with no water wearing flip flops and in the dark, hope you enjoyed our walk. Lol we are always prepared.
