I was curious about quick post, I was thinking It for Twitter like post.I saved posts on mobile, when I opened on desktop the posts saved didn't appear

      No, you Will see three horizontal dots icon near to comment icon, when you click it you will find save post for bookmark

        I've just tested bookmarks on mobile and PC and it works fine for me.
