Graduated in February 2018, I have acquired various technical knowledge and skills from my course as well as practical and business skills from software, media, retail, wholesale and distribution companies I worked with within the last ten (10) years. I am a full-stack web applications developer and have experience in design and development of online businesses. I am well versed in designing and developing responsive e-commerce and corporate websites, SEO, UI/UX, Content Strategy and Social Media Marketing. I look forward to working with like minds.
What does it cost to get an e commerce website
It costs a lot to get an e-commerce website up and running. The most important cost of all is your business model. Your business model encompasses all the information about the people, the process and the product of your business.
A well planned e-commerce business is designed to stay fluid while it generates enough profit for growth and expansion.
There has to be a process of getting commissions from people who post products on the platform. You can also choose to charge monthly.
Cost of Design and Development is the next most important cost. Check with design and development firms that build e-commerce applications for this information.
Business running cost, and overhead cost should also be considered.
Logistics and procurement costs.
Cost on transactions as you make a sale. etc....
in summary, it costs a fortune to setup and manage an e-commerce platform.
