Entreprenuership Is Not For Everyone.

Good morning all. Its @elaebi. I do hope you all had a beautiful night rest. Well this morning I'd like to share my view/take on the topic, Entreprenuership is not for everyone.

Entreprenuership is the process of designing, launching, and running a new business which is often initially a small business.

An Entreprenuer on the other hand is a individual who rather than working as an employee, founds and runs a small business, assuming all the tusks and rewards of the venture.

Entreprenuer finance new business opportunities with their own income/capital. Entreprenuers' are risk-bearers, they are goal seekers, they are creative in nature and they are opportunist. Sometimes it feels awkward and inadequate working a monthly salary job but then entreprenuership is not for everybody. Some people just choose to be their own boss and not just for the fact that they are business oriented. Some people quit their full time jobs to partake on entreprenuerahip but end up being broke and frustrated in the end because they didn't plan their own unique circumstances.

Not everyone can a deal with the challenges and risk involved in entreprenuership. If you don't meet up customer's demands, if you incure a loss or face a totally new challenge or you didn't make enough income at the end of the month, or you fall sick or probably travel out of town, you're to be blame for everything.

Going into entreprenuership means you need to know from the genesis to the revelation of what being a real entreprenuer is and not just doing it for mere recognition. I use to convince myself and people around me that entreprenuer is for everybody but for over 5 years of being a independent stylist, my view has totally changed. So many people today in busoness come up with decision that best satisfies them instead of thier cuatomers, thia is not entreprenuership hence entreprenuership is not for everybody because in entreprenuership customer comes first. You need to meet up your customers' demands, make quality and attractive mouth-watering products and services that satisfoes the society at large and truth be told, not everyone can keep up with all this hence entreprenuership is not for everyone.

You cannot be afraid of losing your savings or worried about your sales output and if you are, then entreprenuership is absolutely way out of your league. You need to be down for whatever and work towards reducing whatever cause the damage or risk may bring to your business because entreprenuers are risk-bearers.

Entreprenuership involves a little bit of gambing. For instance you come up with a very brilliant idea/proposal but if 100 people say it won't work, will that stop you from going on with that idea or giving it a try? Entreprenuership is half about tenancity and also half of luck.

I understand the fact that the Government or the present economy has encouraged a lot of people into being business owners but be sure you can deal with doing better than your competitors before surviving the damage of loss befpre venturing into entrenuership.
