We all need to develop that entrepreneurial mindset so we can seize opportunities, screen opportunities and also seek opportunities. I always say that life won’t always give you what you think you deserved but what you demand. Risk is part of life and you should be able to seize opportunities when they arise, screen those opportunities too and decide what is best while taking responsibilities for those choices and also seek new opportunities even when opportunities seem so hard to come by. When a defining moment comes, you define the moment else the moment will define you. When opportunities are not coming, then you try to create one; being innovative.
Many people don’t like taking risks and this is because of the kind of mindset they have which has formed a habit for them. Life is about risks and every decision is about one risk or the other. How do you know this lady you are about to ask out won’t turn you down? How do you know that business will thrive? How do you know that job is yours? It is all about risk.
Every choice we make and every decision we take has an element of risk embedded. We can live with losing the good fight but we cannot live with not fighting it. We can’t do without risks and we need to change our mindset to absorb this new reality. Only the risk takers make money.
So, let us work on having a flexible mindset; a growing mindset that would accommodate new possibilities and new ways of learning. Having a fixed or opiated mindset would rob you of a lot of opportunities that would get you to your desired goal.
Learn to think outside the box. Learn to be innovative. Learn to be determined. You can fall, it is normal but don’t let that be the reason why you will fail to get back up. Life also responds to pressure and when situations spring up and you are there long enough, you will hit that breakthrough when you don’t give up. You just need to grow a resilient mindset that never backs down. I have heard, seen and read a lot of stories about those who finally hit their headways after several failures. If they were not resilient, how are we going to have the stories about them as we have today? Mindset is everything.

There is certainly mindset which we have got in legacy from our parents. Taking my own example our family always prefer some jobs in government department for life long security. No family member ever tried to start any business. Our mindset has become such to get a job in government offices. However with the passage of time and growing competition it is pretty difficult to get any government jobs. ....and we keep ourself busy for working for others. We do not know how to take risk in life to grow. As we always do focus to work for others. We forget that if the amount of labour that we put for others can be much more if we put for our own business. Quite simple logic still we are not prepared to take such risk due to the things carried on from old genre....
Ahh...I get too personal this time with so many stuffs..... Anyway no risk no gain. If we put in simple words
