ALFA, Alfa Plam withdraw their offer to overtake JMBN, Jubmes Bank
Major owner of Alfa Plam (BELEX: ALFA) Miroljub Aleksic withdrawn his interest in buying of Jubmes Bank. He is not going to apply with NBS (National Bank of Serbia) for a permission to buy JMBN.
Serbia announced that it will sell their stake in JMBN, which is 28,5% in december 2018, and deadline for participants to show their interest is April, 9.
JMBN is currently trading on 10500 RSD, with P/E 6,51, P/B 0,78 and ROE 11,94, and this year result show profit of 465 million RSD.
