When we transfer the builteam token to buildteamvest , we are giving the token to them forever, in exchange for the steem stake? Or we can get the BT back later?

And the stake will continue indefinitely?

You can get them back just in the same terms as steem power over a 13 week period
But with them now announcing the new partnership i suspect the token value will go up

The staking is done on the openledger platform, so that where you get the tokens. There is a link in the article explaining all the details
