If you delegate 400 SP to fill this order you will earn 7.2 Steam every 4 weeks + 1 week cooldown, which works out to 74.88 Steem per year on your 400 SP (18.72%).
If you delegate to the minnowbooster bot the payment is different, you get a share of the earnings from the upvote bot which vary from day to day depending on demand and vote power, this could give you more over time but is less certain of an income.
