Wonderworks: A Scientific Playground for All Ages
If you have even the slightest bit of interest in science or scientific principles, Wonderworks should be a bucket list visit for you. While today the brand has a number of different locations scattered across the United States, the original facility that opened its doors in March of 1998 sits nestled in the theme park paradise that is Orlando, Florida.
Featuring the aptly-titled heme song "Let Your Imagination Run Wild," Wonderworks is a mesmerizing playground suitable for children and adults alike. Each location houses a number of interactive and educational exhibits centred primarily on subjects including math, physics, and the universe.
Perhaps what's most jaw-dropping however are the buildings' exteriors, where they have been specially designed by architects (the Orlando location being the brainchild of Terry O. Nicholson) to look as if they've been separated from the ground by means of a natural disaster of sorts.
They're a truly breathtaking sight to behold, even if just for a quick drive by.
