this account never ever have understood my comments or posts (they are written in german language), but still he remains downvoting my comments.

Why don't you address it with them? If there is no reason for them to do so then tell them? Instead you down vote me. I already explained to you that I leased out my SP on the open market. There is a total of 13K delegated to them and yet you choose to down vote me. That's why I asked you to reconsider your vote and go the appropriate way instead of this.

You are responsible for your delegations-just as i am for my delegations- if a account is using your delegations to give me some downvotes for nothing, then this is your problem, not mine.

What you are saying is that we should all be responsible for other people's actions? How do you control everyone all over the world? The only thing that we can control is our own actions. Ie. I work hard to make sure that my posts are NOT SHIT posts hence I don't give people a reason to down vote me. But what you are saying is that producing reasonably GOOD posts is not good enough to ensure that people don't down vote me but instead we need to make sure that other people don't go around pissing other people off too?
I am just asking for your consideration. You have a 250K SP more than I do. Why would I want to get into a down voting situation with you? You could virtually wipe out whatever I do. Can't you go after the person who is doing this to you rather than make small fish like me suffer?

Of course you are responsible for "other peoples actions", if you are making steem/money with them via delegation.

These down-votes are due to you down-voting comments from my alt account which sole existence is to generate income to delegate to a another alt account which does curation only. You have it set up on automatic down-vote. The account in question is @scilwa. @scilwa has never down-voted anyone. I see you receive votes from SBI...that is the only way @scilwa generates income. When I comment is left on my original account's blog it does not get a vote from me.
Take @scilwa off of auto-down-voting, and focus on creating something of quality for steemit.

I removed all the down-votes. If I miss any let me know. It may not hurt you based on the SP you have, but it is the principle for me. I am checking my main account to see if anything is delegated to the idiot mmmmkkkk311, because I do not support his tactics. If you check on my main account and my discord community curating account (@dsc-r2cornell) you will see who I am. When I am wrong I am wrong. I feel terrible I did this. Please if you down-vote others for the same reason let them know the reason. I would have fixed this immediately like I did when the SBI moderators told me. Check the thread in the help channel on their discord channel and you will see where they showed me today at 4:05 my time.

Now i do my curations with 160 k SP, write some comments, delegate 100 K SP, some for free to certain accounts and projects, some via dlease for ROI.
"Via dlease": i try to check the accounts i am delegating to, but of course you never can be sure what they are really doing with delegated SP then, but had no problems so far with that.
I do not make downvotes usually, content-upvoting ist much better, i have more than 50.000 upvotes given now, all of them without the automatic funcion.

I just found out that Sp was delegated to mmmmkkkk311. That was through minnowbooster. SBI moderators found it and cancelled the delegation. I sure wish you would have told me the reason. Many delegations were in effect for a long time and do not pay attention to the user. Now that I know the reason I do apologize. My frustration is with mmmmkkkk311. I was under the impression that you were part of his team. I will go back and take back the down votes. I am sincerely sorry.

Hello @balte , I think you are not the only person. I have seen this account randomly downvote people including one of my post if I remembered correctly.
I have vaguely heard about posts are downvoted for misusing tribe hashtags and such. I know lassecash hashtags targets quite substantial downvotes, including sportstalk lately (partly because of shit posts from actifit by many people)
Maybe you can check what sort of hashtag you have been using to see if there is any "violation" you accidentally stepped on?
My best suggested approach is that don't bark at the person who used a system to lease out their SP. The unfortunate thing is that there weren't any regulators to check the reason of the person (menace / not - in this case it was of menace intention) who rented the SP.
Even if there was, it could be fake fill in and then does the manace
I do not know how the contract works between the automated delegator / delegatee system; but if there are ways to retract it I am sure it will. Besides, even retracting the delegation right at this moment will still allow that account to amok on his / her downvote spree for the next 7 days.
It would be better to dig in around and see who is the owner of this nom de guerre account, then confront the person?
hello littlenewthings, i stopped with blogging some time ago, i just write comments, i make my curation mainly for posts in german language, delegate to some projects and steemians for free and delegate some amount of SP via dlease also.
You can stopp a delegation via dlease and usually i try to check the account i am delegating to.
I removed my downvotes directly-as you can see in my blog- if the delegation to this destructive downvote account we are talking about is stopped.
He is fighting mainly the "SBI-system" with 150 k own SP, only 11 k are now delegated, but this are 11 k too much.
Most of the accounts i talk with like the SBI-system, his aim is to destroy the SBI-system.

That is actually very sad when people do not sit down and talk about their projects. That I have realised especially when I went to SF to talk to other project leaders.
Sometimes I just wish people will confront with the intention to resort to middle ground before "all out full wage war" kind of attitude.
