There are no refunds for user errors due to how the bot tracker site works. I am working on a new system that would allow us to enable refunds again. Right now I am working on making changes so the bid windows don't take so long due to all the tiny bids.
We don't offer refunds not by choice, but because of the way a third party site effects us. Users bid based on the transfers going into @buildawhale, they don't know or care about refunds and bid solely based on how many bids are in the window.
That's ok. I mean I love the service but at the same time 6SBD at that time was worth $66 dollars. When I contacted about it I was just told "no refunds", just "sorry".
so I mean when you tell someone your funds were lost and they know about it, and don't give a shit leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Love buildawhale just weary to use it anymore. Minnows need every SBD they get ;)
