Very many of us have ideas, visions and projects capable of moving Steemit forward. Sometimes we feel discouraged when we present our budgets and nobody recon with them.

I have seen very many budget posts with little or no encouraging upvote. Very many of these posts sincerely are sincere and well written, even though a couple of them are not.

WHAT SHOULD BE THE MOTIVATING FACTOR FOR WANTING TO EXECUTE STEEMIT PROJECTS?

Even Jesus in the holy book altered a statement:

...The zeal of my father's house has consumed me

Without zeal/passion to help make something better, one will definitely end up doing little or nothing to achieve a once beautifully viewed vision. At little discouragements, a seemingly laudable project is abandoned. This becomes true about steemit projects when we sometimes see posts soliciting for assistance, having set a particular date for the execution of a project, and later dies off because assistance was not rendered. Sometimes ago, I went through a post about a Bangladesh project. In that @budget post, the project originator wrote furiously about how he felt they have been abandoned by @jerrybanfield, some steemians who are supposed to help and steemit community as a whole.

GET TO THE LEVEL WHERE PASSION FOR THE NEEDY AND PROPAGATION OF STEEMIT GOODNESS CONSUMES YOU RATHER THAN THE FINANCIAL ATTACHMENTS TO EVERY GOOD STEEMIT PROJECTS...

I am not immuned to this, I made this post three days ago as requested by @jerrybanfield... Project 10,000 Steemit Accounts From The South-Western Nigeria: Update on The Preparation And Budget For Ado-Ekiti Steemit Meetup., and nothing has happened so far even though I needed some money urgently to run a Radio/TV awareness in order to make the meetup a success.

If am assisted to successful reach my goal of reaching 10,000 people in the whole of south-western Nigeria and getting them to sign up to steemit, FINE!...and if I am Not assisted, I get prepared to foot it, push it to an applaudable level of success and leave the rest to any other persons to finish up

LET ME SHOW YOU WHAT I HAVE DONE SO FAR WITHOUT EXTERNAL ASSISTANCE BUT WITH PASSION....Only @bania gave me few steems (Thanks to him)

  • Successful invitation of 100 youths out of the expected 200 for the meetup:
  • Today, I went in search of some hungry, techie and savvy youths to tell them of Steemit. This was so successful as 100 of them were spoken to about the meetup on the 3rd of March, 2018. See pictures below:

Below is the Ekiti State Pavilion For This meetup. I talked briefly about cryptocurrency and steemit to 100 of them. They will be hearing the rest come Saturday 3rd March, 2018

  • Printing Of Some Shirts for The facilitators of the steemit meetup:
  • So far, I have made ready, some Steemit customized T-shirts for all the facilitators that will grace the steemit meetup in Ado-Ekiti.

  • Securing the use of the pavilion; largest part of the rental fees paid:
  • The pavilion is no longer free as it used to be. This mean that a token must be paid if It must be used for a seminar as such. I have sorted out a very large part of the needed rental fees without external support.

All these has happened without any external support, so why won't you just go back to your drawing board and make new and achievable plans toward actualizing your vision of bringing steemit awareness to the ordinary person in your street?

It is time to stop making furious posts accusing @jerrybanfield or other steemians in the helm of @budget and other project supporting platforms of being partial.

    Advise

  • Always keep the project simple, such that if none comes to your rescue, you will still be good to go.
  • Get to the point of motivating yourself, this will go a long way to helping you succeed.
  • Ensure you are embarking on an achievable project, and not some sort of elephant ones

    WELL,

Ado-Ekiti steemit meetup will still be holding on the 3rd of march, 2018 at the pavilion as described above. Part of what We still need to really get a good turnout (200 persons tentatively), is 45 Steems which will be used for Radio/TV publicity and transportation for some of the people coming. See full project details HERE . Starting a power down will take a very long time.

We had really appreciate it if you can help us surmount that mountain between Wednesday-Friday.
