CONSIDER ME A RESOLUTE, DIE-HARD AND RESULT ORIENTED STEEMIT AMBASSADOR FOR THE SOUTH WESTERN NIGERIA.

Usually in my life, I get convinced by personal experiences and when I get convinced, the sky is usually the start point for the success of that which I have set my heart to do. Steemit & Cryptocurrency where one of such things which I got convinced of, because of the personal experiences I later had about them. I do not have the strength to conquer a vast land like Nebuchadnezzar in the holy book, but I sure have the strength to conquer a good sector from the vast land hence the choosing of SOUTH WESTERN NIGERIA.

If I must be sincere to you friend, the south western Nigeria is a virgin land for steemit. In my little interaction with some youths, I discoverd they know next to nothing about cryptocurrency talk more of Steemit. They fill the nigerian labor market yearly in search of jobs, when there is an opportunity for them which is yet to be explored maximally.

When I sat down with @bania and @elixbaba to discuss this unfortunate situation bedeviling the youths in my country and especially in the south western Nigeria, we came up with PROJECT 10,000 STEEMIT ACCOUNT IN THE SOUTH WEST.

How successful will the "PROJECT 10,000 STEEMIT ACCOUNTS IN THE SOUTH WESTERN NIGERIA" be

It might interest you to know that our first meetup will be hosting a very good number of new minds (tentatively, 200 ceteris paribus) who will become Steemians few days after the meetup (since it takes few days before an account is approved). Minds that are hungry for financial freedom, who have spent all they have in search of white collar jobs without success, minds who (possibly) are still undergraduates or Serving graduates, but who are sick of hearing words like "the economy is bad"

WOW! IS THIS TRUE?

Except the mind is dealt a hard blow, it will continue to make limiting suggestions to you. This became true when our minds doubted if we can get as much as 200+ in our first meetup. We were close to closing the deal for a 100 seaters banquet hall, but then we woke up from the nightmare of thinking like mediocres.

See images of the initial 100 seaters hall below: Please Note that we are not using this hall anymore because it will be too small to take our attendees

PAVILION: The new venue for the Steemit meetup

At the time of writting this post, We are 80% close to closing a deal on the use of the Ado-Ekiti pavilion. This venue will be very much enough to house all our proposed attendees (200 tentatively). Find therefore below the shots of the pavilion:

WHAT MEANS OF EFFECTIVE PUBLICITY DO WE NEED TO MAKE THIS MEETUP A SUCCESS?

  • Radio Advert: Vast mejority of the populace of Ado-Ekiti listen to a radio program called "Edoki and Biodun Kayode" This program is very much unique and will be good for the publicity of our meetup because it airs issues that concern the youths and youths' development.
  • Invitation cards: We will be needing a simple invitation card to get people to the venue of the event. Simple because it will not contain much words but a real CALL TO ACTION
  • Steemit Business cards: We want people to see that Steemit is worth taken as a personal business and that is why we will be giving some other persons our steemit business card in order to look very official when we introduce steemit to them even after the event.
  • WHAT HAVE WE PERSONALLY DONE SO FAR?

We are very much committed to the success and nothing shorter than the success of this steemit meetup. We have therefore so far paid for the printing of 200 copies of the invitation card and 300 copies of the steemit business card. See images below:

    Invitation card: 200 copies

My personal Steemit business card: 300 copies

More to these, we have paid and produced 4 T-shirts for the event, met with the officials of the radio programs mentioned above and have reached an agreement to buy 15 minutes of their radio advert time for 3 days.

Would you please take your time at this juncture to see what exactly we want from you in order to bring these people to The pavilion For Our Steemit Meetup?

    Detailed Meetup Budget!

  • Using the pavilion (Irrespective of the time) will cost us 20,000 Naira (56 USD, 14.5 Steems i.e. when steem was 3.89...Coinmarketcap)
  • Radio advert as detailed above (i.e. 15 minutes for 3 days). On each of these days (before saturday 3rd march, 2018), we will be spending 10,000 Naira i.e. 30,000 Naira For the three days (83 USD, 22 Steems when steem was 3.89...Coinmarketcap
  • Public address system. The pavilion has one, but it will be too small to reach the crowd we are expecting...yea we mean it when we say crowd because Nigerians are most likely to turn out enmass for something rich yet free. We have made an alternative arrangement for a stronger public address system and it is 15,000 Naira 42 USD, 11 Steems...when steem was 3.89Coinmarketcap
  • HOW MUCH IN TOTAL DO WE YET NEED TO SUCCESSFULLY ACHIEVE THIS MEETUP?
    .

Radio advert (very important): 22 Steems

Remnant of pavilion Fee: 8 Steems

    Public Address System: 11 Steems

Miscellaneous expenses (Transportation for some attendees): 4 Steems

    TOTAL: 45 Steems

In General, We will be needing 700 Steems To cover all the 5 south western Capital Cities In Nigeria, plus the three bill boards we are making efforts to mount in these cities after each meetups.

SET TO BE MENTIONED IN OUR SUCCESS STORY?

WHAT DO I PERSONALLY HOPE TO GAIN FROM PROJECT 10,000 STEEMIT ACCOUNTS IN THE SOUTH WESTERN NIGERIA?

The aspiration to possess a steemit accout with 10,000 followers has always been my burning desire since joining Steemit. I can not wait to see my follower-base jump to 10,411. I am very much determined to see this to accomplishment, hence the driving force behind this western Nigeria steemit evangelism.
