Is Mt Gox trustee Nobuaki Kobayashi going to dump BTC coins again? 16K Gox-Coins moved this morning. Where will he dump dem?

Look at all the -2000 batches, 16k in total. Anyone know what exchange their going to?
I have made a chart with buying predictions based on TA, but when dump-whales like this comes into play he could just wreck the market. Why dont they sell these coins over the counter...?
