BTC update 27.12.17
Today I present you further evidence, that a drop like we have never seen before is likely to happen in BTC.
The same ABC pattern we are seeing in BTC...

Right now it looks like the target for wave 5 of c of B up should be within the range of 16900$-17500$.

There is always another way. It doesn't work 100% of the time. I just analyse recurring market patterns. So if BTC drops hard, expect STEEM to drop with it.

Why you think that BTC and STEEM are so correlated? For my intuition, it is right opposite, but I have not do some TA about that yet.

You keep looking for a single binary variable answer in a continuous n-dimensional space. I mean, there is no straight answer to that question.
Makes a lot of sense. Resteemed to spread caution. I'm very curious to see how alt-coins would react. I wish we'd see alts recover faster than previous crashes. I've gone on record saying that Bitcoin going mainstream would be the death of it.
I'll make sure to get out the market soon. Hopefully BTC will have less market share when it climb back up.

Where's @haejin when we need him?
I hope he's only resting a bit with his family. However... I also hope he's not left the boat without prior warning, because he still resteem stuff and replies to people when it comes to delegating SP, but that's it.
I hope he won't let down his thousands of loyal followers just because of a few bullies. Right now I have mixed feelings on this topic. He represents such a haven of wisdom for me and most of his fans, I would really be disappointed to see that all his words of confidence, advice, and patience, could be ruined that easily in such a short period of time.
What about the thousands of upvotes he's had? Is it not worth more than a few low blows from some random guys? He was the one saying that he did not care about the money in some of his earliest videos, and I believe he's been quite a successful trader in many fields, but now where is this Haejin we used to support and almost religiously listen to?
I still trust him and stand a firm believer in his methods and way of thinking.
I don't know why I'm posting this here honestly, I guess I just needed to write it down somewhere...
Really what happen with@haejin? I also write technical analysis posts and his view inspire me many times despite i have totally different style and use many other TA tools beside Elliott waves.

I concentrate at the moment on Bitcoin, but TA is applicable everywhere. If yo need some specific analysis contact me in my posts and tell me your wishes in comments.
Obviously you had some pent up feelings...personally...I got a lot from his TA analysis...but...lets face it...one never knows ones true motivation...perhaps more about money than lead to believe...will check out this fellow below...I have no doubt there's a lot of talent in Steemit...

Bitcoin advanced for a third consecutive session after last week's crash and stayed above $ 16,000 on Wednesday.
The recovery started on Monday, Bitcoin has continued its rise of more than 50% from last Friday's low, but has still lost 19% since its highest records.
In the end, Bitcoin rebounded by more than 1,500% in 2017 after starting the year just below $ 1,000 and is in the process of making gains of more than 60% just in December.
I think BTC will stay above $15000 for a little while
