Savoring Different Indian Breakfast Menu - A Variety To Opt For.

The most important meal of the day use to be the "Breakfast". As it happen to be the first thing that goes to our stomach after a long fasting time overnight. Normally , the body require some diet to energize and get back to rhythm after continous gap of 9-10 hrs.
As we sleep at night we led our body to relax, during those time, we do not eat and the fully functional body mechanism gets into complete resting. It is always advised not to have a heavy meal at start of the day and have some light and healthy breakfast in morning. On the contrary, my grandfather always put emphasis to have a good breakfast everyday so that to avoid any unwanted delay during the course of the day. We never knew how the day progress due to our busy schedule and other activities. So having a good breakfast is good for health and for the day.
Recently, I happen to visit a restaurant nearby and tried different breakfast all the other day. So of all Tye available menu I started with plate of South Indian menu that contains Idli & Chutney & a glass of pineapple juice on the first day.
It was a delicious combination that gives a good heavy tummy in no time. idli is made up of rice flour whereas the green chutney is from the coriander leaves. The pineaple juice is good one too to have in morning.
The red thick gravy is a "Sambar" a kind of vegetable soup that always be served along with the idli. We call the breakfast "Idli-Ssmbar".
The next day I opted for another menu. This time i opted for Poha & Banana. Poha is called as "Churwa" (rice flakes) which is light fried with peanuts and onions and few other item. Having a salty item in menu I opted to add a banana to the menu.
It was fabulous to have such tastier morning everyday
My appetite for more keep increasing day by day. The next day I went for another menu even though I was more pulled towards the first 2day of menu. But i again choosed a different menu and opted for Cereals , Milk, Bread Toast & Apple Juice. Juice is indeed my favourite to have an additional source of nutrients early in the morning that keep me afresh throught the day.
Having such variety of breakfast early in the morning do add more to our health. Such a long list of menu we had in the hotel, that further adds to toast,sandwiches ,fruits salads and more
Breakfast is considered an important meal because it breaks the overnight fasting period, replenishes your supply of glucose and provides other essential nutrients to keep your energy levels up throughout the day.
Those whole week i get a long menu and I tasted almost all of them. There were many items too however my stay was shot lived and i have to put a stop on my breakfast endeavour. Which I enjoyed a lot.
