My wifes baking 2
Today was also the Bread time, sourdrough bread. One for us and one for friend of my wife. When I came home she cooked lentils soup. I cut off the bread and started eat. I thinked that bread from two days ago was the best bread which i was eat, but this bread is outstanding. My wife revealed me that she changed the mixing process. Enjoy your meal.
Dnes bol aj čas ma chleba, kváskový chleba. Jeden pre nás a jeden pre kamarátku mojej ženy. Keď som prišiel domov, uvarila šošovicovú polievku. Odkrojil som chlieb a začal som jesť. Myslel som si, že chlieb ktorý upiekla predvčerom bol najlepší chlieb, ktorý som jedol, ale tento chlieb je vynikajúci. Moja žena mi prezradila, že zmenila miesenie. Dobrú chuť.
