Your spellcheck got it wrong - it's spelt, not spelled :)
Fun fact: it's only in Germany and Poland that I have seen the German ashes based classification of flours. In the UK the flours are either plain/strong/wholemeal or light/dark. I haven't seen the type 1050 sold around here.
If I were to replicate the recipe, I would probably use 450 g wholemeal and 150 g strong white wheat.
