Bounties and Escrow

I wanted to ask about combining this with another feature recently introduced with the next upcoming patch release.

Crowdfund Bounties

I would love to see suggestions be able to be put up by anyone for as little as $1SBD in an escrow account. Of course anyone could contribute after that. These would get locked away and earn interest on all contributions to the bounty.

It allows anyone who has an idea to contribute without having more than a great idea.
