It's the last day of the year and therefore time for my last video in the video series in which I wrap up my reading year 2017. We're going out with a bang by talking about the absolute BEST books I read this year! It was really hard to narrow it down, but here goes:

Great list! I added Arabella of Mars to my reading list -- I'd never heard of it until now, but it sounds interesting. And I added Assassin's Apprentice to my list; I've heard about it loads, and I should probably get around to reading it too :)
The Handmaid's Tale is so mind-blowing! I listened to an audiobook narrated by Claire Danes, and she did an amazing job. Have you watched the TV show yet?
My favourite books this year included both the His Dark Materials series by Philip Pullman, and Stardust by Neil Gaiman -- both books that took me way to long to get around to reading. Have you read those?

I have yet to watch the Handmaid's Tale show, but I reaally want to! I'm currently re-reading His Dark Materials, it's such a fantastic series!
