Your words reminds me of a book I read some time ago ( an enemies called average), this book elaborate more in-depth about how different people's desire for success . Some persons are contented with average life and earnings such kind of people are not fit for business rather they are fit as an employee, but those persons that has big ambition for success and are goal getters these are the ones that suitable to excel in business endeavours @tatjanastan

People grow by asking from others either better than you or what you can learn from them. I always tend to learn something from someone but I am always careful and mindful to always learn the positive thing from that person and not the negative one rather.
