Allah is the one who is perfect in regulating everything, including the state of the world and everything in it, so it is impossible if the sadness that befalls you today has no beautiful meaning in it.

Or it is impossible if the wounds and sorrows that you experience today do not end in happiness. That is why you must always be sure that everything God has managed beautifully, so that when you are sad it is not easy to give up.

When you say that being patient in sadness is a difficult thing, then of course that is very true, but when you are able to believe in God your difficulties will be easier to overcome.

Patiently the sadness that had been suffocating will be mild, and if you continue to be patient, the sadness will disappear.

The main key to keeping the heart calm in sadness is to continue to believe that whatever God sets is the best for you.

Because when the heart is filled with confidence and good prejudice to God, then to complain you will not be easy to do.

When the heart is easily convinced of Allah, between sad and happy, there will be no difference, you will still be fine.

Your situation will not be easily fragile, and of course what is in your heart is only gratitude and endless hope that is directed at God without being saturated.

Your heart will always be fine in every moment, when your heart always realizes that God is never wrong in setting everything in this world.

Including the sadness that greets you, surely God will offer the best and surely there will be happiness present afterwards.

However, the sadness that is present, the wound that is painful, and the haunting heart will eventually end up in a beautiful estuary called "happiness."

Remember, God's promise is a sure thing, so if God promises ease after adversity, as mentioned in the al-quran, then that will happen to you.
