How to be 250 pound bodybuilder for 50 $ in Europe

How do I do that....? Well keep on reading...
First of all I have my secret shake recipe. I take 150g of cottage cheese, two ice cream scoops of corn flower, two and a half ice cream scoops of potato maltodextrin, three ice cream scoops of oatmeal, 2 table spoons of sugar and 40 ml of rape seed oil to stabilize my blood sugar. Remember my shake is a huge glucose shot.

Drinking my shake at 6.30 when I wake up makes me feel full till 3.30 when I come back from work.

Than for diner I eat 3 eggs with potatoes and some veggies(carrots, green peas or red beans) and a glass of some fruit juice

For supper I eat some vitamin enriched cereal with milk.

My cheat days are on the weekend when I eat some "junk food"

Eating like that I am basically a vegetarian, although my goal was to just spend very little money. I think it is also good for the planet because diet like that reduces my green house footprint (almost no meat)

I hope my idea will help somebody to spend less money and feel more free. I certainly feel much more free since the moment I went from spending 300 $ to 50 $ a month.

For me it's just awesome :D
