Mana mou @beiker, I had Vinsanto Santorini and Tuscany and I'm actually headed there in few months. My family is in Greece. We go there usually during June to take advantage of longer days and shorter nights (latest trip June 2017). I am very sensitive to wine, truly and sadly didn't have a good experience (more than once). I love wine, and I have tried everything in the region. Talking about history, have you tried Tokaji (see below dusty bottle from my shell)? Btw, I had an excellent bottle from Georgia (the country), what a shocking surprise! I got a reserved bottle as a gift from the gov. of Georgia, but I have not purchased one.
