Sounds like the perfect way to decompress! It's hard to change gears, so kudos to your girlfriend for nudging you into letting go. It's amazing, when you've fully relaxed like that, to realize how uptight and stressed you'd been. Awesome advice, and I'll definitely have to check out that book.
