In the second part of the ARV course, you will prepare the ground for future practice. As everyone knows, predicting the future is not a usual activity of the majority of people, and sometimes, it is treated with a pinch of salt, and a sizeable dose of skepticism. Therefore, before you deal with the ARV protocol itself, and its psychological elements, you need to consider your own attitude towards the subject of psychic functioning.

The first question that is worth asking here would be why you want to take part in this course. What benefits could a prediction of simple future events bring into your personal life?

Exercise 1.
I invite you to write down, on a sheet of paper or in a text editor, three to five possible benefits clairvoyance might bring into your life. Then, imagine a few situations in the near future, in which this skill would prove invaluable (e.g. safety of yourself and your relatives, material benefits, work, play, etc.). As you probably see from the notes, various benefits would have been achieved without a doubt. Now, the next question arises: is it actually possible to learn this skill?

Exercise 2.
Think for a moment about something that you really and undoubtedly believe in. For example, do you believe that the sun will rise tomorrow, that the earth is round, or that the people you work with are real?
Now, think of something that you definitely doubt about, something which in your opinion is not true. Allow yourself to keep this thought in your head for a moment, and compare how these two ideas, what you deeply believe in, and what you think is doubtful, differ from each other in your mind's eye.
In other words - what visual, auditory and emotional sensations about these two ideas arise in your mind? The things that should be taken into account here are, for example, the movement of these images, their colours, brightness, shapes, depth of perspective, the location of the image in space, the accompanying sounds, internal voices, their rhythm, etc. How are these two "internal films" actually different? What are your feelings and emotions that accompany them, where are these feelings situated in your body? Do you experience any other sensations like temperature, heart rate change, heaviness, etc.? Once you understand how your mind encodes a strong belief and a disbelief, you can put the belief about people's ability to predict the future in the right "internal perspective", i.e. in the one that will facilitate your further work during this course!

After making the change in your belief system, you can proceed to the next exercise in which you will check whether the change is "ecologically acceptable" for you, and whether it hasn't led to some internal conflicts within yourself.

Exercise 3.
Ask yourself these three questions carefully thinking about their exact meaning:

  1. Could I allow psychic abilities, and in particular, the ability to predict the future, to develop in me? (YES NO)
  2. Would I allow psychic abilities, and in particular the ability to predict the future, develop in me? (YES NO)
  3. WHEN would I allow it to happen? (NOW)

Pay attention to your inner feelings, associations, thoughts, voices, images that appear in your mind. Are you ready to go further?
If the objections arise, try to ask yourself the following very important question:
What is the positive intention of this voice or feeling arising in me? Is the voice or feeling trying to protect me?
If so, how could you convince this inner voice or the feeling that you will take care of its concerns? How will you protect yourself from the possible adverse effects of your decision? After such an internal "dialogue" is completed, you can ask yourself the three above questions again, until you feel that you can move on to the next step.

Now, you are going to deal with one more problem that may stand in the way of your development in the field of ARV. It is your baggage that you carry behind and that has built up over the years as you experienced various unpleasant situations in your life. We will go ahead and reduce this burden!

Exercise 4.
Recall some unpleasant situation from your personal life. Think about the experience again, and see all those images, feel those feelings, hear the sounds and voices. It is the kind of memory that you experience "from the inside", as if you were participating in that situation again. How are you feeling remembering all this?
Now imagine that you are taking a few steps back and "step out of yourself", looking at yourself and the other people as if from the outside. Try to make the colours in this image completely faded, and the whole picture smaller, more and more flattering, and finally becoming just a pencil sketch on a piece of paper. Let the voices and sounds become more and more subdued until they quiet down completely. In the end, move that picture away from yourself, and fix it in this new position because all you need to remember is only the lesson you have learned from that experience.

Repeat this exercise for the next two weeks until the process becomes smooth and almost automatic. After some time, your subconscious mind will understand what it's all about, and may even encode all your negative memories in this way, thereby saving itself a lot of psychic energy.

That will be all in today's part of our course. Thanks to the exercises performed, it will be easier for you to accept your psychic abilities, and to make some space for new, fascinating experiences!

Fantastic exercises! I will place these into my practice. Clearing the mind's energy is a great way to make the necessary 'room' from psychic abilities. As I continue my practice in removing viewing, I will be looking forward to more of your course.
