The idea of applying psychic phenomena in practice has guided people from time immemorial. Rulers, priests, wealthy merchants, and even ordinary mortals have always counted on the interference of higher forces to obtain some benefit. Most often it was a domain reserved for representatives of religion and various authorities such as mages, miracle-workers and sorcerers. Often, taking part in such activities did not bring practitioners fame and money, on the contrary, ended badly, and could lead to their imprisonment, or even deprivation of their lives. In modern times, the Holy Inquisition played a particular role in such persecutions.
Modern research on paranormal phenomena began in the first half of the 19th century, while the main research centres were France, the United Kingdom and Germany. After World War II, the research began mainly in the USA at the turn of the sixties and seventies. In Poland, Czechoslovakia, and in the former Soviet Union, many scientists became interested in parapsychology too, and from around 1973 this area of research began to be called psychotronics.
This mini-course of #ESP is based on the work and research of American centres, and the bibliography to it will be gradually expanded during the course itself, so as to further present the subject matter, and enable interested persons to broaden their knowledge on the subject.
The aim of the course is to master the basic techniques and basic terminology facilitating a session of ESP, referred to as Associative Remote Viewing #ARV, i.e. the form of extrasensory perception, where it will not be necessary to introduce people into altered states of consciousness (such as hypnosis, and other forms of trance), and the future events or unknown places in question will be associated with an additional object selected in an arbitrary way symbolising a given place or event. More on this subject can be read in the article [1], also available on my blog at #steemit.
The course will be divided into several parts published in parts every few days. We will be discussing the following issues:

  1. Relaxation methods and methods of improving sensory perception based on Neuro-Linguistic Programming #NLP with a description of characteristics of a place suitable for conducting this type of sessions.
  2. Subjective psychological phenomena occurring during the session, their classification and the management methods of information subjectively appearing in our minds.
  3. Methods of the organisation of the session itself, session recording, and description of the roles of the people taking part in it including the so-called "Caveats”, or what should be paid special attention to during the ARV sessions.
  4. Tips on how to deal with information received through the #ARV and how to function in everyday life in the event of developing #ARV capabilities.

The author of the course does not guarantee that persons performing the recommended exercises will achieve effective #ARV skills. The course is solely for educational and entertainment purposes only, allowing you to develop team collaboration, and suggesting new ways to relax. In addition, all elements of the course are intended only for physically and mentally healthy people, and its publication does not pretend to be a scientific publication, and is not a form of psychological or medical counselling, or a form of therapy.

I invite you to participate in the #ARV course!
