"Interesting facts about Lake Baikal"
By @magnata
Hay guys this is one content that really caught my attention, not because it was good to read but for it had open my eyes to something new.......
For the title of the eighth wonder of the world, several places on the planet could claim at once. We have this, undoubtedly, Baikal. He outstripped other lakes on the records entered in the Guinness Book, and related interesting facts every year attract many tourists to Russia. In ancient times, this lake was called Bay-Hai (the northern sea) and was mentioned in Chinese literary monuments. Mongolian Baikal was called Baigaal-Dalai, which translates as "rich fire", and in Turkic languages - Bai-Kul, which means "rich lake". The Baikal is the world's largest freshwater reservoir. 1/5 of all natural fresh water is located there. If you pour this water on the tanks and divide between all the Russians, each will get almost 3000 tank cars! Even the five Great American Lakes together can not compete with the amount of water with Lake Baikal.

"The Roofs Seen From the Observatory"
By @slowwalker
This is indeed one of a kind I was really confused in what position this should be, for it was such a lovely write up and really mind blowing. Here he talked about a city that he loved and I would say he actually used the right words to give a vivid description about it.
Jongmyo was a king's family shrine. We looked around Jongmyo with my friend. After finishing walking around, we headed to the observatory to look at the panorama of the Jongmyo shrine. The guide suggested to go to the observatory. As the guide told us, the scene of Jongmyo from the observatory was amazing. I was shocked. I've never thought those kinds of roofs. This post is just wow and great!!!! For first place, @dragonslayer As things generally go, we end up bringing extra friends and all get to know each other. Everyone asking questions about work, studies and future plans. These are questions I try to avoid as explaining what work I do creates a discussion that usually lasts really long. So before jumping into it all let me lay out the setting for you. We (myself, brother and good friend) were invited to a afternoon lunch with our friends family. We all sat under a patio with the heat of Durban all around us. Things were getting really hot and after filling ourselves us the discussion unfolded about everyone's life.Every city has it's many faces.
Sometimes it's appearance made us surprise with unexpected unique faces.
I found those uniqueness of Seoul from observatory in front of Jongmyo shrine.
The ceremony for the former kings had been held several times a year.
It was more than 20 years ago I had visit Jongmyo shrine last time.
But unoccasionally I looked down another side of Seoul city from observatory.
The roofs were very old, some of roofs was all but destroyed. For our place 1st place today we have
"Promoting Steemit, Unexpected experience"
By @dragonslayer
A personal experience shared by the dragonslayer himself, well I most confess to you it's crazy and there is a very important lesson for us all.
This weekend a few of us when down to Durban for the weekend to just meet up and relax with some good friends. We arrived Friday night around 12pm at the flat. The next day we just did all our usual things, swimming in the sea and so on.
Presented by the team of STEVE'S TOP5 POST on steemit to our very own steemian @dragonslayer for his great contribution to the community.
