Coconut Mojito HELLO~~!

Most of you have heard of the popular and packed with sugar Mojito, but if you would rather have a less sugary delicious coctail, try this coconut mojito instead. This cocktail also has the added benefit of having nutritious coconut water and cream of coconut in it so you will be replenishing your electrolytes as you drink.


Coconut Mojito

mint leaves- 8 per drink
1 c coconut water
1/2 c cream of coconut (substitute light coconut milk)
1/2 lime
1 shot of white rum
1/2 c clubsoda (optional)


muddle the lime and mint in the bottom of the glass before pouring liquids in.

add all liquids to a blender except the club soda. (the cream of coconut behaves a little better and doesn't get clumpy like the light coconut milk. But if you are blending the drink in a blender then it's no problem)

Pour liquids over ice and muddled lime/mint and add club soda. Give the drink a little stir and enjoy in the shade overlooking the beach.

garnish with coconut chunks, lime wedge, or a mint sprig if you are feeling sassy.

will try then share feedback :) actually coconut water is full of electrolytes which help you to recover from dehydration so i think this one is good combination packed health 'N' taste :)
