Money, Power and Media - My Blog Intro from 2014
I just found my old blog take-off attempt from 2014. It's always interesting to see your creative work from the past. It gives you an insight into your younger self.
It's written in German but I translated the introduction for you here.
Introduction
Most people sure know that there are many bad things happening in this world. There's no need for further explanation at this point.
Suggested improvements raise a cheer but engaging oneself is to time intensive and you won't change anything anyway and at least for me the world is still fine.
This would be very different, if more people had at least some basic knowledge about how money and media work and how power is preserved and managed. However the severity of some world-changing insights can be very overwhelming because you can't really assess the consequences yet but the penny is beginning to drop. We'are living in a calculating and very constrictive society.
Despite that there is a growing global community engaged in educating people about the true power structure on this planet and realizing the potential of a truly free society.
Money
Money is like a second nature to us and indeed a very practical invention. But it's totally worth it to take a closer look at how money actually works and what alternatives there are.

To get a decent understanding of the monetary system is not that hard at all.
Power
Basically all wars are about power and resources. Fig leafs like democracy and human rights are often used to sell violence and exploitation to protect hegemonies.
Of course money and media are directly connected to power. Money is used as leverage and the media is distracting everyone.

...control money and you control the world.
Media
Nowadays most media is only good, more or less, for entertainment. But the media's assignment is to inform the people objectively about what is happening in the world. This assignment is unfulfilled, because it's not our media. It's the media of big companies representing their interests, driven by the money of. rich people. Exceptions confirm the rule.
