That sounds a little stoopid, right?

I mean, how many people do a job that they just hate ?

Let me elaborate, and you will see it's not 'all good' to enjoy your job.

After the steemit collapse over this last year, my hopes of writing on here across a wide range of subjects - and making $15 a day- has gone up in steam (pun intended).

That's life, I'm sticking around. I have no idea how this place with continue, or how it will morph into something else - but I'm here now, and not going anywhere.

Because of the lack of an income being possible here (without playing the financial instrument game) and after HF20, I have to thank steemit for getting my arse out of gear to look elsewhere for my massive financial requirements. lol.

I now have 10 websites online - making hardly any money! - yet.
(less than $20 in a few weeks)
Apparently they are doing 'ok', and just need a few months to grow into something...Time will tell.
I have no interest in the sites themselves. They are sites, with products and links, and commissions, blah, blah....dull as dishwater.
It's my hope that these sites will eventually grow to $20 a day passive income. That will be 'job done' for this project, as far as I'm concerned.

My real businesses for the last 20 years are of the 'adult industry', in their nature, and I now wish to get out of the business, hence the website experiment...
My hormones and hedonistic lifestyle tastes have altered.
Age, saturation point, and all that..

It's now become more 'work' than 'fun'.

Which brings me to the point of this post....

I can make $8 -10 a day writing.

Brilliant! I hear you say...something similar to being on steemit, yes?
No.

Noooooo......It's writing erotica.
This is something I've been doing for years in one form or another, with my business - but now I can earn some dollars just by writing some short stories.

And this is my problem.

There is a metric that I've noticed over the years - One that very accurately measures the difference between 'good' and bad' sexy stories..

Bear in mind that the 'good ones' make me money and the 'bad ones', not so much.

What is this metric, then?

Simple..
When I write good erotica.... I know if it's 'good'.... If I'm as horny as pubescent teenager when I finish the story!
Then I know it's good..
That's it.
(....18 year or so of being in this world, means that all my stories are pretty much based on real life events - or drawn from them, ... and I think the 'authenticity' of my stories comes through..)

I can't fake it either...It's good or it isn't.
When it's good, I'm left in a state of being as horny as fuck....

And I really do not wish to be in this aroused state for 4 or 5 hours a day (not anymore, nowadays..).

It stops me thinking about the other things in life....like writing on subjects I write about on steemit, for example.

So like I said, the problem with enjoying your job too much is not always as good as it sounds...

For me to enjoy the job of writing erotica - and making some money from it - entails me feeling as horny as hell, all day..!

...And reading this back, I've just realized how whiny this posts sounds!

But I'll post in anyway, as I've written it now...feel free to rip me a new one..I deserve it after that self pitying, navel gazing BS!

I'll stop whining now....Apologies. lol
