Brett Kavanaugh, and why the left have lost the plot....

Irrelevant of my opinion (or yours) on Judge Brett Kavanaugh, the position is this - He has been nominated as a supreme court judge.
He has had several FBI background checks, and working on the left's bias and corruption within the FBI at the moment - we can assume the most recent ones were pretty intense.

They came up with nothing that raised any concerns regarding his new job

Obviously the commies know this is one of the final nails in the coffin for them, if he gets appointed.

Desperation seems to have a direct correlation to lowering IQ.

On the remaining days of the appointment Diane Frankenstein Feinstein thought it was a smart move to:

1/Bring forward a testimony to something that happened 35 years ago.

2/ Admit that the knowledge had been known about, for several month's - but she decided to not say anything.

3/ Have the person making the complaint, strip her social media interactions history clean, so they could not be seen. .....(hahaha)
The person making the complaint- Christine Blasey Ford - is he is an avid leftist, and has contributed to Hilary Clinton's campaign - ten times or more, and has been on 'pussy hat' wearing marches, in California..

They then hired a lawyer who doesn't know the law...good move..

Ford’s lawyer Debra Katz told CNN’s Alisyn Camerota that it’s up to “investigators” to prove that Ford’s allegations are true.

Apparently forgetting that the onus is on the complainant, not the defendant, to provide grounds of prosecution....mmmm...
(maybe they are looking a the Russian collusion case, and trying to apply the same logic).

And the already weak story, gets weaker...
'.....She doesn’t remember where the so called party was, how she got there or how she got home...'
'....How many people were at the party? Her letter says 5, her interview with WaPo said 5 (her and 4 boys), and her lawyer says there was another girl there. All 3 of those things can't be true...'

The fact is....

this has less chance of sticking than cooking oil in teflon frying pan, and it shows the level of desperation they (the left) must be feeling right now..

Even if they did mange to succeed, they know it's so weak, that they have reportedly offered to stop pursuing the case, in exchange for not releasing the de- classified FISA documents.
...yeah, right, I bet they did.

Their level if desperation is such, that they are not even aware of (or don't care about), the electorates perception on this.
This whole stunt is guaranteed to to turn yet more people away from the democratic party.
(well, the thinking democrats, anyway).

And this tells you all you need to know, concerning the big picture.

There is no left, left - if they lose now. They are finished. Literally.

It's difficult conducting an election campaign when in 'gitmo', apparently...
