The token_from_stream throws Unexpected EOF error

On quite a few ocassions, my node crashed with "Unexpected EOF" exception, which is from here

It seems that the exception is saying: it fails to read from hard disk - then giving up. I've once asked colocrossing to check the hard disk of the dedicated server - however it seemed fine.

Possibly we can do a retry here?
