I Hired a Full Time Person to Help with The Blog!

I started my blog over five years ago. It has been very successful, but I have gone through a lot of marketing companies and people who said they could do wonders for it that ended up being duds. Most of them did more harm than good. I have been wanting to hire local help who could focus on it full-time. I knew that would be hard to do and I would have to do a lot of training.

However, someone who followed me on my blog actually paid for my consulting so he could pitch himself to work for me. The guy was working on his own buying and selling websites. He knew a ton about SEO, marketing, and everything that had to do with blogs. I assumed he would want a ton of money to work with me and would not have time to focus just on my stuff.

However, he asked for a very reasonable salary with a bonus for increased revenue. He would work full time just for me, although he would be remote. I did some due diligence on him and hired him. He started this week!

So far he is awesome. We will see how it goes, but this is a huge win if it works out.
