RE: [Homeless] Daily Update #1 - (Day 3 - Made it to Colorado.....but!)
@venuspcs you blew by my property in Moffat...but if you need a place to park your vehicle and hang you can stay on my property - across from Joyful Journey Hot Springs Rte 17 where you can go to take a shower and use their outdoor grill to cook food... you prob have to pay for the shower though - In Leadville there is a place to get a shower right on Rt. 9 - it is next door to Sailor McGee Liquor store...if you need one - I don't remember how much it is... if you are a veteran there are great services in CO - we live in homeless veteran supported housing in Denver... with a housing authority voucher. You just have to be willing to go through the system - ie get a counselor and possibly go through the domiciliary program, if things don't work out in Glenwood OR you could start the process there possibly. Also be aware of Denver Homeless Out Loud - they are building a tiny home village in Denver right now. https://denverhomelessoutloud.org/ Colorado is not a friendly state to homeless people BUT there are starting to be some inroads. The mayor of Denver is a satanic freak who has been in office for TOO long (not that it matters since government does not work) and Colorado is the home of the NWO - but Love Conquers All. I hope it works out in Glenwood because the Hotsprings are very healing.
Us fat guys don't do well camping in the heat of the High Desert....hence the reason I am trying to make it into the mountains where it is cooler in the day and gets cooler at night.
Very nice of you sir
