These so called experts are really clueless. People wonder why they eat so called healthy and can't lose weight, it's because you don't need that amount of carbs in your diet. What you need is to follow high protein low carb, natural fats , and nothing processed.

Grains and breads are not our natural diet. Meats and fruits , mostly meat is what we need and things like eggs.
