I think its both internal and external, i mean of course we create our reality ,but we cant even concive the full picture with our limited sences ect, but try walking through a wall , or breathing in space , there is ovbs 2 parts to make the whole in my o
Well walking through a wall is hard to do, but lets see in a few hundred years maybe someone will figure out the technology to do so.
But let's put it this way, 200 years ago who would have thought we would be able to fly, who could have thought we could go to the moon, or who would have thought we could invent internet and be talking to each other on the block chain on the steemit platform ? All I am saying is that what was something impossible a few years earlier is complete reality today because someone deared to think it was possible and even determined to make it happen
i understand that fully bro, but i mean like , you still have to abide buy the laws of physics, not saying there cant be exceptions, i fully agree with mind over matter , but at the same time there are limits in this plane of existance, in astral plane, a lot less, ive gone threw walls lucid dreaming , and in a way dreams are part of reality
