Here's one for those Irish coffee lovers. This is another old Jim Beam bottle. Not sure what what kind of Beam was originally in this as it's not on the label. Not even sure if there was another label on this or just that one. Most of the old bottles have the age of the whiskey and type. Anyway what makes this bottle different? Well what does it resemble? It looks like and old coffee pot. It also apparently doubles as one. On the bottom there is a "heat proof glass" indicator. This bottle can be heated just like a coffee pot. The cork top is even tapered so it would pop out and not turn the pot into a pressure vessel if you were dumb enough to heat it with the cork in. Not sure if it was ever used to make coffee. It's pretty old so it's had plenty of time to be used as one. I couldn't find much info on these or even a year only that it's from the 1950's.
