We all have a morning ritual whether we know it or not.
How do you feel after you wake up?
consciously decide what to do, to create your day how you want it to go.
feed each component body. mind. and spirit.
Persistance
-consistency, perseverance, and reminder.
-replace habits, old habits die hard
Self Talk | Auto- Suggestion=conditioning
-conscious/subconscious
Sex transmutation
-redirect thoughts to higher centres
Gratitude
-write, reminder, grateful attitude
Smile
Journal
Attitude
-feeling, thoughts, actions
Reset
-read, journal, set time for social media, not the other way around.
Make this a lasting change.
Beliefs, conditions, habits can be changed.
there is value in a morning ritual.
Identify the root cause, beliefs. Create new beliefs to replace old beliefs.
What new thoughts will support you moving forward?
Morning ritual is the most important gift I can give myself for the day.
Sober. Clear thinking. Better relationships, more money.
Proactively create your life.
Think the opposite of your limiting beliefs.
Morning ritual is the most important thing I can do everyday.
