A Short Talk About Out Tribe: IGOROT

Helo there steemians. This morning, I wanna talk about our tribe: Igorot, which is being discriminated long before by some other people here in the Philippines.

As you can see in the drawing above that represents an Igorot, he is wearing the so-called "baag", our traditional clothing. Although, we don't use traditional clothes everyday unless there is an occassion. Talking about the BAAG, some people think that we, Igorots have tales and worst, some said that we're apes. Lol. Funny, isn't it? Just because of such attire, we were being judged as an animal. It's not a pain on our part since we know who we are but years before according to some of our grand parents, they were being discriminated in the cities. Working in a big company is impossible even if they're fit enough for the job until such time that many Igorots now are being educated. Many Igorots went to other country with their profession and most became successful.

Nowadays, we are not experiencing such thing but few of us were being bullied by those who are ignorant about Igorots.
