Cool Crisp Cucumber Juice

Hey Sunshines,

There is so many different types of guides out on the internet for different type of juices and juicing diets, the best guide is your own body. There is a Russian guy that does lectures on life as a whole via YouTube, but also discusses about food and that certain times of the day is the best time to eat certain types of food due to heat and cooling foods, which apparently is when you get the best nutrients out of food.

I find having a cool crisp cucumber juice first thing in the morning, after exercise etc, is really refreshing.
In the middle east to break the fast they eat a date first, I was reading something somewhere, sorry can't remember where, that when you are juice you should slush the juice around in your mouth for 20-30 seconds to activate your stomach juices ready to take in more nutrients from the juice, apparently your body won't reap as many nutrient rewards if you simulate it.
Which makes sense as when you eat we apparently should be chewing at least 15-20 times to simulate the gut and break down the food.

Don't throw away the cucumber pulp, you can add it to salads, soup as a topping in the bowl, add it in crackers etc.

I like to sit down slowly sip my cool cucumber juice once that is finished eat small teaspoonful of cucumber pulp with chopped pitted dates, chopped walnuts, it's nice and cleansing as a first small break - fast.

I did a little test and gave people that don't normally juice at all, a few different juices in the morning and there favourite was the cool crisp cucumber juice, they felt it energised them for the start of their day.

You want to drink the juice as soon as possible from juicing it so you can gain as much goodness and froth, so it doesn't deplete.
